Key Equipment
- Five-axis machining centers, CNC floor-type boring-milling machines (boring bar diameter φ200), and large CNC horizontal lathes.
- High-speed dynamic balancing test stand (up to 12,000 rpm) to ensure smooth rotor operation.
- Vacuum heat-treatment furnaces and large pit-type heat-treatment equipment to improve material properties and service life.
- Coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and non-destructive testing equipment (UT/RT/MT/PT) for full-process quality control.
